١ البيانات اللي بنجمعها

من كل المستخدمين

• الاسم ورقم الهاتف — بنستخدمهم لإنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك، وعشان الطرف التاني في الرحلة يقدر يتواصل معاك.
• كلمة المرور — بتتخزن مشفّرة، وإحنا نفسنا مش بنقدر نشوفها.
• موقعك الجغرافي (دقيق) — بنقراه وقت ما تفتح الخريطة أو تطلب رحلة، عشان نحدد مكانك، نحسب المسافة والسعر التقريبي، ونوصّل السائق لك ونعرض الرحلة على الخريطة. التطبيق مش بيقرأ موقعك وهو مقفول أو في الخلفية.
• تفاصيل رحلاتك — أماكن الانطلاق والوصول، الأسعار المعروضة والمتفق عليها، التوقيتات، وحالة كل رحلة.
• التقييمات والملاحظات اللي بتكتبها.
• صورتك الشخصية — لو اخترت ترفعها. اختيارية.
• أماكنك المحفوظة — البيت والشغل وأي مكان بتضيفه بنفسك.

من السائقين فقط، بالإضافة لما سبق

• صور بطاقة الرقم القومي (الوجهين)، رخصة القيادة (الوجهين)، رخصة تسيير السكوتر (الوجهين)، وفيش وتشبيه حديث.
• صور للسكوتر وللوحة المعدنية.
• تاريخ الميلاد، العنوان، واسم ورقم جهة اتصال للطوارئ.
• بيانات المركبة: الموديل، رقم اللوحة، اللون، وسنة الصنع.

البيانات دي مطلوبة عشان نتأكد إن اللي بيشتغل على التطبيق سائق حقيقي ومرخّص قبل ما يستقبل أول راكب. من غيرها مش هنقدر نعتمد حسابك كسائق.

٢ اللي مش بنجمعه

مش بنجمع بيانات بنكية أو بيانات بطاقات دفع — الدفع في فيدو كاش، بينك وبين السائق مباشرة. مفيش إعلانات في التطبيق، ومش بنتتبعك عبر تطبيقات تانية.

٣ ليه بنستخدم بياناتك

• تشغيل الخدمة — توصيلك بسائق، عرض الرحلة على الخريطة، وحفظ سجل رحلاتك.
• الأمان — مراجعة أوراق السائقين، والتحقيق في أي بلاغ أو شكوى.
• الدعم — الرد عليك لما تتواصل معانا.
• تحسين التطبيق — إحصائيات مجمّعة عن الاستخدام (من غير ما تكون محدد الهوية).
• الالتزام القانوني — لو طلبت جهة قضائية أو أمنية مختصة بيانات بشكل رسمي.

٤ مين بيشوف بياناتك

• السائق اللي اخترته — بيشوف اسمك الأول، رقم هاتفك، تقييمك، ومكان الانطلاق والوصول للرحلة دي فقط.
• إنت كعميل — بتشوف اسم السائق، رقمه، تقييمه، وبيانات سكوتره.
• فريق مراجعة فيدو — بيشوف أوراق السائقين لغرض الاعتماد فقط، وعدد محدود من الموظفين هم اللي عندهم الصلاحية دي.

إحنا مش بنبيع بياناتك، ومش بنأجّرها، ومش بنشاركها مع أي شركة إعلانات أو تسويق. مفيش مشاركة مع أي طرف تالت غير الحالات المذكورة فوق.

٥ فين بتتخزن بياناتك

بيانات التطبيق بتتخزن على خوادم Appwrite على النطاق ds.nebulm.com. كل الاتصالات بين التطبيق والخادم مشفّرة (HTTPS/TLS). صور مستندات السائقين بتتخزن في مساحة تخزين محمية، مش متاحة إلا لصاحب الحساب ولفريق المراجعة.

خرايط التطبيق بتستخدم بلاطات من OpenStreetMap. لما الخريطة بتتحمّل، سيرفرات OpenStreetMap بتستقبل طلب فيه المنطقة اللي بتتفرّج عليها وعنوان IP بتاعك، حسب سياسة الخصوصية بتاعتهم. إحنا مش بنبعتلهم اسمك ولا رقمك ولا حسابك.

٦ مدة الاحتفاظ

• بيانات حسابك وسجل رحلاتك — طول ما حسابك شغال.
• مستندات السائقين — طول مدة عمل السائق معانا، وسنة بعد إيقاف الحساب، عشان نقدر نرد على أي بلاغ أو نزاع.
• بعد حذف الحساب — بنمسح بياناتك خلال ٣٠ يوم، ما عدا الحد الأدنى اللي القانون بيلزمنا نحتفظ بيه.

٧ حقوقك

• تشوف بياناتك وتعدّلها من صفحة الحساب داخل التطبيق.
• تطلب حذف حسابك وكل بياناته بإيميل على privacy@fedoogo.com من نفس الإيميل أو الرقم المسجّل بالحساب، وهننفّذ خلال ٣٠ يوم.
• توقف صلاحية الموقع في أي وقت من إعدادات الهاتف. لكن التطبيق مش هيقدر يشتغل من غيرها، لأن الرحلة كلها قايمة على مكانك.

٨ الأطفال

فيدو مش موجّه للأطفال. لازم يكون عندك ١٨ سنة على الأقل عشان تفتح حساب سائق، ومعاك رخصة قيادة سارية. لو عرفنا إن حساب اتفتح بمعلومات طفل، هنقفله ونمسح بياناته.

٩ تغييرات على السياسة

لو غيّرنا حاجة جوهرية في السياسة دي، هنعلن عنها في التطبيق قبل ما تسري، وهنحدّث تاريخ آخر تعديل فوق.

١٠ تواصل معانا

1 What we collect

From everyone

• Name and phone number — to create your account, sign you in, and let the other party on a trip reach you.
• Password — stored hashed. We cannot read it.
• Precise location — read when you open the map or request a trip, so we can find you, estimate distance and price, send a driver to you, and show the trip on the map. The app does not read your location in the background or while it is closed.
• Trip details — pickup and destination, offered and agreed prices, times, and the status of each trip.
• Ratings and notes you write.
• Profile photo — only if you choose to upload one. Optional.
• Saved places — home, work, and anywhere you add yourself.

From drivers only, in addition to the above

• Photographs of the national ID card (both sides), driving licence (both sides), vehicle licence (both sides), and a recent criminal record certificate.
• Photographs of the scooter and its number plate.
• Date of birth, home address, and an emergency contact's name and number.
• Vehicle details: model, plate number, colour, and year.

We need these to confirm that anyone accepting passengers is a real, licensed driver. Without them we cannot approve a driver account.

2 What we do not collect

We do not collect banking or card details — payment in Fedoo is cash, made directly between you and the driver. There are no ads in the app, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

3 Why we use your data

• To run the service — matching you with a driver, showing the trip on the map, and keeping your trip history.
• Safety — reviewing driver paperwork and investigating reports or complaints.
• Support — answering you when you contact us.
• Improving the app — aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics.
• Legal obligations — where a competent judicial or law-enforcement authority makes a lawful, formal request.

4 Who can see your data

• The driver you chose — your first name, phone number, rating, and the pickup and destination for that trip only.
• You, as a passenger — the driver's name, number, rating, and scooter details.
• Fedoo's review team — driver paperwork, for approval purposes only. A limited number of staff hold this permission.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertising or marketing companies. There is no sharing with any third party beyond the cases above.

5 Where your data is stored

App data is stored on Appwrite servers at ds.nebulm.com. All traffic between the app and the server is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Driver document images are kept in protected storage, readable only by the account owner and the review team.

The app's maps use OpenStreetMap tiles. When a map loads, OpenStreetMap's servers receive a request containing the area you are viewing and your IP address, subject to their own privacy policy. We do not send them your name, number, or account.

6 Retention

• Account data and trip history — for as long as your account is active.
• Driver documents — while the driver works with us, and for one year after the account is closed, so we can respond to a report or dispute.
• After account deletion — erased within 30 days, except the minimum the law requires us to keep.

7 Your rights

• View and edit your data from the account screen in the app.
• Request deletion of your account and all its data by email at privacy@fedoogo.com, from the email or number registered to the account. We will action it within 30 days.
• Revoke location permission at any time in your phone's settings. The app cannot function without it, since the whole trip depends on your position.

8 Children

Fedoo is not directed at children. You must be at least 18 and hold a valid driving licence to open a driver account. If we learn an account was opened with a child's information, we will close it and erase the data.

9 Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, we will announce it in the app before it takes effect and update the date above.
